🔮 What Is Spirituality?

Spirituality is the art of being.

It's not a religion, aesthetic, or belief system — it's a relationship with your inner world and your connection to everything around you.

You don't find spirituality — it finds you.

Mine found me in 2003 at massage school. At the time, I thought it was total bullshit. I rolled my eyes and went back to studying the body. I didn't pick it back up again until I was already licensed. A coworker, a Reiki Master Teacher who would later introduce me to roller derby, blew my mind and re-attuned me. That was the real start of it.

You Are a Frequency

You are an energy field.

Your emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and even your shame all emit a frequency — a vibe — that speaks for you louder than your words ever could.

That vibe is your credit score. Not your worth, but your energetic readiness. It's the signal you're putting out, and what determines what's able to "get approved" in your life.
You don't attract what you want.
You attract what you are — or more accurately, what your energy says you are.
You actually have two frequencies running at all times:

Your Baseline Frequency
  • This is the average of all your subconscious beliefs and trapped emotional peptides
  • It's your "default" setting — the long-term signal that speaks to your core programming
  • It was shaped by trauma, inherited beliefs, and experiences that convinced you that love = pain or safety = self-abandonment

Your Temporary Frequency
  • This is the emotion you're feeling right now
  • It's reactive — it can fluctuate based on your mood, environment, or what triggered you this morning
  • It doesn't override your baseline, but it can amplify or distort it
📌 Important: Your temporary emotion isn't attracting bad things to you. The emotion is already trapped — and it's what has been attracting the same loop. You're not manifesting new problems — you're just finally noticing the pattern that was already in motion.

🔁 Karma, Trapped Emotions, and the Ego Trap

Karma isn't about punishment — it's about feedback.

The experiences you attract are perfectly designed to show you the emotions you haven't yet healed. Every situation that pisses you off, drains your energy, or triggers you is actually trying to help you. It's handing you the chance to choose differently — to feel the feeling, to respond from your soul, not your defenses.

Think of life as a Choose Your Own Adventure book. Your trapped peptides — those stored emotions from the past — are choosing your story for you... until you wake up and take the pen back.
Dr. Candace Pert, author of Molecules of Emotion, proved what spiritual teachers have always known:

Emotion is not just a feeling. It's a molecule. A messenger. A literal chemical signal sent from your higher self to your body.

Your body is your subconscious — and your fascia stores these emotional messages like an energetic answering machine.

If you don't receive the message, it doesn't go away. It waits.
That ache in your chest? That tight jaw? That overwhelming need to over-explain or shut down?

That's not a flaw. That's a message.
Your soul has been leaving you voicemails — and your body has been holding onto them until you're ready to press play.

The ego is not bad. It's your defense system — trying to protect you from rejection, pain, and disappointment. The problem is when you believe your ego's voice is the truth.

Overidentification with ego = overidentification with shame = self-abandonment.

That's when you start believing your defense mechanisms are your personality. You think being "the responsible one" or "the one who keeps the peace" is just who you are — but really, it's a defense you built to feel loved and safe.

🧠 Eckhart Tolle: Laugh at the Ego

The ego isn't the villain. It's just your defense system trying to protect you. But when you believe your defenses are you, you're living through shame.

Eckhart says to laugh at the ego — not to mock it, but to disarm it. When you can see it clearly — the voice that says "you're too much" or "you don't deserve that" — and smile? You're free.

He teaches that there are 3 ways to be at peace in any situation:
  • Accept it.
  • Change it.
  • Leave it.

If you can't do one of those three, you're stuck in ego. And when you're not in one of those three states, you're disconnected from your soul.

It's being fully present with what is — without trying to bypass, fix, or force it to be different.

Bashar teaches that excitement isn't just a good feeling — it's a biological signal from your higher mind guiding you toward your soul's path.

When you feel authentic excitement (without fear or manipulation), it's not random. It's your body's translation of the frequency of your true self — your permission slip from the universe saying: This way.
🔬 The Science Behind the Formula:
  • Your higher self exists outside of linear time
  • It sees the fastest, most direct route to your desires — but it can't push you. It can only guide you through vibration
  • That guidance comes as excitement, curiosity, joy, inspiration, and a full-body "yes"
  • When you ignore it, you experience resistance, fatigue, anxiety, and "should" energy
  • When you follow it, you step onto a timeline that's synchronized with your soul's evolution
✨ The Bashar Formula:

1. Act on your highest excitement in every moment.
  • Out of all available options — big or small — choose the one that excites you most right now
  • This doesn't mean chasing dopamine or drama. It means tuning into what feels most alive, most aligned, most true

2. Take it as far as you can, with integrity.
  • Keep going until: It no longer excites you, Something more exciting appears, Or you hit a natural pause point
  • Your job is not to force outcomes — it's to stay in resonance

3. Act with zero expectation of outcome.
  • Expectation is ego control
  • Let go of needing it to turn out a certain way — follow it because it's the signal, not the solution

4. Trust that it's connected to everything else.
  • This is the quantum piece: the Breadcrumb Trail
  • Each step leads to the next — even if it makes no logical sense
  • When you follow your joy without conditions, you enter the slipstream of synchronicity

🧠 Important to Remember:
  • It's not about the thing — it's about the state of being
  • A walk, a song, a text, a nap — if it feels expansive, it's enough
  • There is no hierarchy of "importance." The tiniest impulse can open the biggest portal
  • If you feel stuck, look for the next smallest exciting action — even if it's just getting water, taking a breath, or deleting the task that drains you
